About me
Hi, my name is Tali!
I’m a California gal living between Western Australia and The States. I’ve transformed my passion for the plant-based lifestyle and turned it into my career. I started eating and cooking plant-based in 2016 and went fully vegan in 2021. While sharing food had always been my love language, it was during these years that my excitement about cooking creatively really expanded. I found that cooking this way truly lit me up! (and made me feeling amazing).
My cooking style is deeply inspired by the vibrant and zesty flavors of California cuisine, the bold spices and aromatics of South Asian cooking, the fresh ingredients of the Mediterranean, and the rich, ‘slow food’ of Middle Eastern recipes.
I believe that food should be FUN and is so much more than fuel! It’s about connection to our health, to each other, and to the Earth. I want to be excited about whats on my plate and also feel good about what I’m putting in my body, and I want that for you too!

Weekly meal preparation for families and individuals who want to enjoy healthy, delicious meals without the hassle.
Meals are tailored to dietary preferences, health goals, and seasonal availability.
Includes menu planning, shopping, cooking, and clean up.
Retreat Chef
Full-service plant-based private chef for retreats of 15-30 guests, with menus that are nourishing, seasonal, and aligned with the energy of your event.
I take care of everything from menu planning, shopping, cooking, and kitchen clean-up so you can focus on holding space for your group.
Dinner Parties
For fun and cozy gatherings of up to 15 guests. I’ll work with you to create a custom menu, source beautiful ingredients, and cook on-site.
Perfect for birthdays, long-table dinners, retreats-at-home, or any special moment where good food brings people together.
